Shipping Policy for JP Customs (UK)


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).


Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase (processing time + delivery time).
  • Certain made-to-order products, including BAF Motorsport K-Braces, may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.Β 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.


Delivery Area
We ship to the UK, EU, and US.


Order Tracking
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched (for tracked delivery services).


Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or seasonal demand.
