2. Returns & Cancellations

UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, customers have 14 days from receiving goods to cancel their order for any reason and receive a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items remain eligible for return in accordance with UK consumer law.

6. Exchanges

  • If you require a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
